Testimonial
The last 5 years, I have a lot of back pain, shoulder pain. I start Pilates Reformer last year and I have no pain the day after. I am not a sport person so it’s very hard for me to stick with any exercise. But after 1 year, I am still here and I am super happy. After 10 classes, I see the changes in my body. I am super happy with my teacher and her experience.
I start to look for Yoga to get my back in a better shape. My spine used to hurt a lot. I used to do some cycling and I also want to strengthen my core. I look on the internet and I see that all reviews about Zenith are very positive so I give it a try. I have been here for almost 1.5 years. I like it a lot, a really nice place to be.
Almost 1,5 years ago, I got disk hernia in my neck. I was sent to a physiotherapist but it didn’t work. I heard about Zenith Yoga and I thought Ok let’s give it a try. One of the first thing they did was to hang me up side down with a robe, and it was amazing because the pain was gone. Since then I have been having private Yoga therapy class every week.
